The FOUNDATION TON BRUYNÈL was established in February 2000 in order to preserve his works and according to his wish, to help composers to develop their skills in the field of electronic music. On september 29th 2010, Annelie de Man secretary of the Bruynèl Foundation, unexpectedly died. Ad Wammes is now taking her place.

The PRIX TON BRUYNÈL
Every two years the Foundation intends to award a prize of 3000 Euro in order to stimulate the creation of new works.
Composers, regardless their age and nationality, are invited to submit a work which emphasizes the use of electronics in combination with one or more instruments and which was composed within five years before submission. A panel consisting of the members of the board and its advisory council will judge the submissions; its decision will be irrevocable.

Submissions for the Prix Ton Bruynèl will contain a score, a recording and a digital biography of the composer.
